My favorite Brussels sprouts recipe. You need Brussels sprouts, one box of Rice a Roni chicken rice, lemon juice, pecans. Cook the rice per the directions on the box. When you get to the part where you turn the heat down to simmer, add Brussels, (I use frozen) and about 1/3 cup to lemon juice. Finish cooking. When done, remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of pecans.

Roasted Brussels sprouts (from frozen!).  Results:  site is down, but recommends olive oil spray and salt, 425 degrees for 20 minutes.  Works great.

Boil Potatoes for about 15 minutes, while that's going mix Olive Oil and Garlic together. Smash the Potatoes, spoon a little of the "Garlic Oil", then load em with cheese, chives, bacon, etc... and Broil until cheese is melted and the Potatoes are crispy (bout 7 min.)
