A little post workout lunch! I keep all these things on hand and it takes me 2 minutes to throw them all together. I just call it my favorite things meal; field greens, grilled chicken and salmon, 1 HBE, avocado, salsa, Pico de gallo, tomatoes from the garden! Yum!!! Healthy food for a lifted energized spirit!!! What did you have for lunch?
