How I achieved my progress? I started out with the @kayla_itsines bikini body guide, and I loved it because the exercise was so varied. I used to play sports and occasionally go running and there was NO change to my body. I didn't like gyms as I would always do the same thing: running/cross trainer/bike = boring   Doing the resistance sessions was fun as it changed every week  HIIT training was amazing for fat loss and gave me great results.
