Barcode House, by architect David Jameson, is a free-standing glass and steel extension of a traditional Washington, D.C., row house. The relatively narrow site footprint resulted in a vertically focused two-story structure that's airy and near-transparent. The house includes an outdoor balcony, as well as a large roof deck. Bedrooms are located in the white rectangular structure to the right.
