Here's a set of critical thinking exit slips. The page contains four separate exit slips with different question prompts. Each slip has two questions that ask students to summarize, judge, decide, comment, or expand on skills and knowledge that the lesson covered. Two of the slips can be used for any subject. One slip is specific to novel study. One slip is a blank template so that you can add your own question prompts.
