The Pennsylvania Turnpike now has the tools to go after motorists who have racked up more than $49 million in unpaid tolls, but it shouldn’t plan on spending that money any time soon. Legislation signed by Gov. Tom Wolf on Friday gives the state the authority to place liens against the registration of vehicles that have a half dozen or more unpaid tolls or more than $500 in outstanding bills. That means the registration can’t be renewed and the vehicle can’t be sold until the tolls are paid…

Dozens of people came out Sunday to continue fighting the expansion project they say is too expensive and won't do much to reduce traffic congestion.  The Colorado Department of Transportation built the section of I-70 in the 1960s. CDOT plans to rebuild what's considered the worst-rated bridge starting early next year.
