Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie:        Ingredients: 1 cup of chopped Kale 1/2 an apple (I play this by ear, depending on the size of the apple) 3/4 to 1 cup of blueberries (this is what gives it it’s beautiful color! I also use frozen, makes my drink colder) 1 banana 1/2 cup uncooked oats (I have been using regular oats [not the quick ones] but I’m sure the quick ones will work just as great) 1 cup unsweetened almond milk Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon
