1 cup of frozen berries 3 cups cold water 1 ½ cup boiling water 3 TBS gelatin 2 TBS THM sweet blend or 1/4 homemade sweet blend In a blender, blend strawberries with 2 cups of cold water In boiling water, dissolve gelatin and sweet blend… add it to your blended strawberries and rest of your water… Pour into an 8x8 pan. Blueberry Cheesecake FSF, THM inspired-Recipe: 1/2 Cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt. 1/2 tsp. Glucci. Pinch Sea Salt. 1/8 tsp.(or a dash more if you prefer) Lemon Extract. 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract. One scoop Protein Powder ("plan approved"). Sweetener ("on plan") to taste. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries and fill the rest of your Shake Cup with ice. About 1 cup ice. Blend well. This is a FP. Quite filling!
