1 cup of frozen berries 3 cups cold water 1 ½ cup boiling water 3 TBS gelatin 2 TBS THM sweet blend or 1/4 homemade sweet blend In a blender, blend strawberries with 2 cups of cold water In boiling water, dissolve gelatin and sweet blend… add it to your blended strawberries and rest of your water… Pour into an 8x8 pan. Cinnamon Sweet Bread (Recipe from THM Nuke Queen Awesome Bread)  with a few tweaks.  I added 1 T cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon Apple pie spice 1/2 cup gentle sweet, 2 doonks Stevia. Tsp Caramel extract, tsp vanilla. Cut back water to 5 Tablespoons. That's it! Can be eaten in FP & E days (Cannot be eaten on Deep S)
