Stuffed Grilled Zucchini Recipe:  This is very tasty - a definite favorite!  When I make it again, though, I'll cut up one or two extra zucchini without scooping them out.  Otherwise, there's not quite enough filling for each half.  Then, a half of a stuffed zucchini is definitely enough for a serving.
