Return and Reintegration in Kosovo Published on Aug 30, 2012 In an effort to facilitate voluntary return and improve living conditions of the minority displaced families, the EU-funded project in cooperation with the Ministry of Communities and Returns (MCR) and Partesh/Parteš Municipality has financed building of new homes with all the accompanying infrastructure for some 12 families, previously living in dire conditions.
