We do it a little differently. Just saute ginger, garlic, and chilies. Add turmeric and diced tomatoes. Add peas. Add coconut cream (2 cans, and don't shake them first, so they stay separated). Add coconut water as needed until peas are cooked. Add a large handful of chopped cilantro and the juice of a lime or two. Seem's easier than Anjum's, and I just love how flavourful it is!
