After school snack idea: Celery slices with peanut butter spread. The spread is made with 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt, 3Tbs. all natural peanut butter, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 2 packets stevia(or sweetner of choice). Mix with a spoon, spread on the celery pieces. I sprinkled sliced almonds, and crumbled dark cacao chips lightly over the top.
