Special Treat for Breakfast for Dad - Praline Bacon! - A sweet crunchy layer of pecans and brown sugar takes bacon to a whole new level. 1/2 lb. bacon, 1/4 C brown sugar, 1/4 C finely chopped pecans. Arrange a single layer of bacon on a rack (with a foil lined cookie sheet underneath). Bake for 20 mins @ 350. Stir together sugar and pecans.
