If you are writing a children's book and want professional advice, to find a crit group and hear what's happening in publishing, join the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators at http://www.scbwi.org/ It's inexpensive. They have chapters all over the country. Once a year each chapter brings in authors, editors and agents. You can submit your first 30 pages and get feedback from a pro. The speakers are helpful and motivational. The audience ranges from aspiring to veterans.

Literature by Author Vocabulary 6/18/2014On this site you’ll find vocabulary lists from works by authors from Mitch Albom, who wrote Tuesdays with Morrie, to Richard Wright’s Black Boy, and 153 other novels in between.
