I've changed the original recipe up quite a bit. Feel free to do the original. I replace the Xylitol with 1/8 cup Swerve I used 3/4 cup almond flour and 1/4 cup almond flour. In the filling I added a tsp of vanilla and a tsp of pure lemon extract. I replaced the 1/4 cup Splenda with 1/2 cup powdered Swerve. Topped with confectioners Swerve when it was finished and cooled.
