Cont.. here it is - it's going to take longer - its loosely based on the Avro JR85. The final cost, not including computer and projectors will be a fraction of what it costs to buy commercially made components such as the overhead panel and central pedestal. the only penalty is time, but I'm enjoying the challenge of extending hobbies and starting new one - carpentry, computing, programming and electronics – the panels are cardboard cuts at the moment, but it gives an idea of where I’m…

A work in progress - I've gone from one screen to three screens to enhance the experience, but always wanted to go for a home build.  The only problem is the expense as I'm sure many of you know.  At the moment I'm working on the frame, but soon I'll be making a start on the electronics and interfacing - all to be done by making the components myself.  I thought this would be impossible, but with the help of the internet and a lot of research and learning, I'm confident I'm going to do…
