How long does it take for meditation to work? This is a question that I couldn't find answered anywhere! Plenty of articles would tell me how long I needed to meditate for within each session i.e. 20 minutes; but no one told me how long it would take before I saw any benefits from meditating daily. For the quick answer... it took approximately 3 months before I started noticing some little changes / benefits. While that may seem like a long time... it's totally worth it.
