Fiery Thigh Workout!! This workout will target the inner thigh, and the outside of the leg. I would hit each exercise for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest in between, and repeat the whole sequence three times! Workout: Lunge rocker Frog leg lift Sumo squat, sweep Curtsy lunge, leg lift Plié pulse squat Scissors Three point lunge Single leg abduction Plié relevé pulse 3 sets
