From Bitsy (via FB) 1 large avacado, 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon hot sauce, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, 3/4 teaspoon salt. You will be amazed! :) *Some FB comments indicate you may need more oil or yogurt to make a dressing. I haven't made this recipe yet, but I wanted to save it. This dressing would be for an S meal. *
