Supplies: old grey t-shirt scraps  Cut the back of the tshirt off.  Make strips using the excess fabric and some extra jersey. You can just cut the strips, I chose to sew them together. If you cut them, start horizontally, leaving the collar and bottom hem attached. Then weave the extra strips laterally, pinning as you go.
