(Personal) The beep test is a hard but fun activity to do you would need a speaker the soundtrack which you can find on youtube and a 20 meter space to run each time before you run you will hear a beep that means go and you have to run to the other side before it beeps again, each time the speed goes up. For the aspects of SPORTFITT I feel this falls under Intensity because each time you run the next time you go it will be faster so you have to keep up with the speed.

(Personal) Morning Workout, this is a great way to stay fit or to get fit because it challenges you to do all of them in 15 min. With morning, afternoon and night fit challenges you can change them to suit you.   For the Aspects of SPORTFITT I feel this falls under time because you have a time frame to get all the activities done.

(Group) Football / Soccer football is a fun sport to play with a group personally I am not the greatest at football but I still like to play, give it a try maybe you will like it too. For the aspects of SPORTFITT is Specificity because football is a game probably  half of the boys my age play football as a club and versus other clubs.

(Group) Cross Country, you could ask your teacher if you can do it during a PEH session or just do it after school even with friends so you don't get lonely. For the aspects of SPORTFITT is overload.

(Group) Basketball is fun active game to play if your just shooting around of playing a game, for the aspects of SPORTFITT I feel like it is progression because as you get better at shooting or dribbling you want to challenge your self and try something harder.

(Community) Barry Curtis park run which is a  8 km run which is held every Saturday t 8:00 am which is free for. I feel for the aspects of SPORTFITT this falls under Overload because it pushes you to finish and try your best.

(Community) Jetts fitness club What is it: it is a  fitness club where you can do all types of fitness exercises and can keep yourself healthy and in good shape it has over 50 clubs over New Zealand. The cost of the fitness club is 10 dollars a week.  How can this engage further in fitness activities: by pushing yourself harder in other workouts.  What SPORTFITT aspects can be applied to this frequency how often you train

There are also swimming lanes to practice swimming for a race or something, you can also hire the swimming lanes   for the aspects of SPORTFITT I feel like his falls under Reversibility because if you don't learn how to swim you could drown.
