Might be a good way to start the year (especially if you have a lot of new students). I would allow students to pick some (3, maybe) that they are willing to have shared. Then you could use it as an ice breaker also ~ Nice prompts for back to school.
Being able to identify negative thinking is important when addressing anger. We all have negative thoughts occasion but being able to catch them early - and recognize when they aren't true can minimize their impact.
