I'm bringing out the big guns today. I've got TWO gourmet fondant recipes for you and both are based on the beloved chocolate :) I've been having too much fun with flavored fondants as you can see here, here, and here. So of course chocolate had to enter the scene at some point. Now I do have to say that when it comes to commercial fondant I don't mind the chocolate ones at all. They taste like Tootsie Rolls to me and I'm a huge fan of those little nuggets that litter the bottom of my kids Ha...
