Apple & Walnut Salad  I made this for a potluck last night and it was divine! Don't skimp on the walnuts and cheese and if you want to travel with it, just cut up the apples and toss them in with the dressing in a separate container until you're ready to serve. It will keep the apples from browning.  You could add grilled chicken or fish to this to make this an entree salad. So tasty!
