Twice fried potatoes with basil pesto
We love all our food styles, but we do have a soft spot for our shared platters. We love how it brings groups of people together at weddings and events, there is something about the sharing of food that creates a warm atmosphere. It's particularly effective when people sitting round a table may not know each other well. Featuring our twice fried potatoes with basil pesto and flaky salt. Drool worthy!
Crème Brûlée Filled Strawberries
You must try these wee beauties with that last flush of strawberries coming through (get some from our friends @redbridgeberries). Simply trim the bottom of the strawberry off to make a flat base, hollow out the strawberries, and fill with a spoon full of crème brûlée. Pop them in the fridge to you are ready to serve. If you have a chef's torch, sprinkle with sugar and then caramelise. You can do this under a hot grill, but keep a close eye on them - they will only take a couple of minutes.
