Lego storage. I just did this with my sons mega blocks, only not by colour as its pointless for a toddler rather by size. I love it, so much better then the big storage bin being lugged out and dumped :)

Lego table made out of an Ikea Lack table with 4 base plates glued to the top. Note- I just made one and there were a few tips she left off. 1. don't get the glue too close to the edge of the plates or it will seep out. 2. Put heavey books on top and allow to set for 48 hrs. 3. she lightly sanded the top before applying.
