Really great challenges this week. I can't wait to get the new In Colours so I can do the original colour combo. The blue panels are wheeled, then sponged. Flowers coloured with Bashful Blue marker and swirls highlighted with the gel pen. The white panels are stamped in BB then sponged. The flower was stamped, sponged, then cut out, highlighted and curled. No ribbon on this one - it was busy enough already! I outlined the card in black pen to mimic my black layering.
