Orange Pork
Orange Pork. This is fantastic! We had it tonight for dinner. We had it with rice and mixed veggies. Very simple and fast to make, and tastes wonderful. We did add lots of green onions/chives on top after it was plated. It adds a nice flavor that compliments the sauce. Will definitely make again! :)
German Pancakes with Buttermilk Syrup
German Pancakes 6 eggs 1 c milk 1 c flour 1/2 t salt 2 T butter, melted Combine eggs, milk, flour and salt in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour the butter into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish; add the batter. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 20 minutes. (Fun to watch bake, it puffs up then sinks as it sits to cut. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. ( so good made 1/08/13)
