Maca & Chia Seed Bread – sugar & dairy free!  ½ cup Linseed / flaxseed, ¾ cup Sesame seeds, ¾ cup Sunflower seeds, ¾ cup Pumpkin seeds, ½ cup Almonds or other whole nuts, ¼ cup Psyllium husk, 2 Tbsp Olive oil, 2 Tbsp Maca powder, 2 tsp Sea salt, 4 large Eggs, ¼ cup Water, 2 Tbsp Chia seeds. Mix all ingredients & let sit for 15-20min for mix to absorb moisture, then bake in lined loaf tin for 60min at 160C. Remove from tin & let cool before slicing & serving with nut butter or chia jam.
