Yogurt bark is all the rage right now, but these healthy frozen yogurt bites are way more fun! they can be made with greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for a vegan/dairy-free option. They are lower in sugar, just lightly sweetened naturally, and come together in one bowl. Meal prep this easy snack for the week. They are also kid friendly and toddler friendly!
Frozen Yogurt Parfait Bars😍
Frozen Yogurt Parfait Bars Ingredients: Vanilla yogurt • Strawberry yogurt • Fresh blueberries • Fresh strawberries(chopped) • Granola Spread the yogurt on a wax paper and add the rest of the ingredients on top as shown in the steps above. Freeze for 4 hours at least and cut into designed portions. Enjoy!
HEALTHIER CHOCOLATE PB CUPS 🍫🥜
You’ll need: ¾ cup organic creamy peanut butter (or nut butter of choice) 1 ½ cups rolled oats (I used gluten-free) 1 cup puffed rice 1/3 cup raw honey (or pure maple syrup) melted dark chocolate flaky sea salt 1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, oats, puffed rice and honey. 2. Scoop the mixture into a muffin pan. 3. Flatten each mixture with a spoon. 4. Drizzle melted chocolate on top of each mixture. 5. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt. 6. Freeze for 15 minutes. 7.
