Do These 5 Exercises for a Stronger Core 1️⃣ Kettlebell Pass Around the Body - Aim for 6-8 reps per direction 2️⃣ Kettlebell Overhead Side Reach - Aim for 6 reps per side 3️⃣ Kettlebell Standing Woodchopper - Aim for 8 reps per side 4️⃣ Overhead Hold with Knee Raise - Aim for 8 reps per leg 5️⃣ Kettlebell Halo’s - Aim for 8 reps per direction ✅ When using a weight for core exercises, don’t go too heavy! It’s important that your core does the work and that we control the movement - choose a weight that is suitable for your ability, that challenges you but doesn’t force you to compromise your form! ✅ Aim for 2-3 sets of each exercise - depending on ability you may only want to choose only 2-3 of the above exercises - especially if you’re a beginner! #corestrength #coreworkout
