Our cauliflower pizza crust is one of our staples on Phase 1 of Ideal Protein. We'll use the chunky sauce at the bottom of the recipe, and cover it with veggies and lean taco meat or home made lean pork sausage. It's good stuff!
Mongolian Tofu. This is a super EASY way to make tofu. Of course I leave out the egg white. I have also baked tofu plain since I found this recipe and I love how it comes out. Prepared plain, the baked tofu is great to add to cold pasta/rice/quinoa/leaf salads. As well as eat it with your fingers! Yum!
