Pelvic misalignment can be complex and affected by muscular imbalances, spinal posture, hip joint limitations, and more. The pelvis doesn’t always just tilt forward or backward, there can be a combined rotational component as well. Over the last couple of years I’ve significantly reduced my once chronic right sided hip/low back pain.
