Frozen Peanut Butter Banana Split Cups
What you need: Ingredients Magic Shell 9 oz. semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips ¼ cup coconut oil Filling 2 medium bananas, sliced 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt ⅓ cup peanut butter 2 tablespoons honey 1 cup sliced strawberries Optional toppings Melted chocolate Crushed peanuts Method Scoop 1 tablespoon of the melted chocolate into each muffin liner. Gently rotate so the melted chocolate coats the sides of each liner. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, add ½ tablespoon of melted chocolate to the muffin liner and repeat turning the muffin tin at an angle. Freeze for 5 minutes. Combine Greek yogurt, pb, and honey. Once the shells have frozen place 2-3 sliced bananas into each cup, 1 tablespoon of Greek, and 2-3 slices of strawberries. Press the straw
