Southern Cross by Retro Posters: The star constellation beloved of all New Zealanders, The Southern Cross, is celebrated in this contemporary artwork by Rosie Louise and Terry Moyle. New Zealand’s pollution free sky surrounded by vast oceans mean that the stars are bright enough to cast shadows. This print captures the joy of the beach bonfire and is the perfect kiwiana art style NZ gift.

Kiwi Bird -- the icon of NZ my new home. For those of you who don't know before man arrived in NZ there were ONLY birds and one mammal a bat!!! Then this little guy thrived , sadly he is now protected due to dropping numbers. I was surprised to learn some species are as large as chickens !!! I always thought they were tiny.
