It Is The Network Media Show - Homemade Hummus Ingredients: 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, for garnish Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped roasted red pepper, for garnish In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, cumin, and paprika. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley and roasted red pepper, if using. Serve with pita bread, vegetables, or crackers. This homemade hummus is a delicious and healthy dip or spread.

Ingredients: - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined - 1/2 cup guacamole - 1/4 cup chopped red onion - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro - 1/4 cup lime juice - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper - 12 wonton wrappers Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). 2. In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, guacamole, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined. 3. Place a wonton wrapper in each cup of a mini muffin tin. Press the wonton wrappers into the cups to form a nest. 4. Fill each wonton nest with the shrimp guacamole mixture. 5.
