Domain 1 Artefacts - Professional Practice

Artefacts to support achievement of goals in this domain. 1. I will evaluate The Navigator Compass and Strengths based Questioning as two strengths based approaches to support the RTLB practice sequence. 2. I will develop my understanding of the IYT and PB4L initiatives and analyse how these can enable me to better support my liaison school. 3. Here we used the opportunity tree to apply this vision to a current case where we would like to see a paradigm change. Here the opportunity statement is "See what I see' - imploring a teacher to see the strengths in this student. The branches are the benefits this will bring. The roots state what needs to happen to enable this opportunity statement to be achieved.
