Roasted Veggies with Sweet Potato and Scrambled Eggs     Ingredients: Baby Capsicums - red/orange/yellow/green, asparagus, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, sweet potato, eggs sea salt, basil- seasoning , chives - seasoning, olive oil

Feed the beast recipe.  8 eggs, 3 1/2 servings of pasta. 3 servings of greens of your choice.  @this is good if you have big day for heavy activities such as lifting,  CrossFit, powerlifitn and you don't want store carbs as a fat. Good to replenish  glycogen.  Pasta intake can be varied depending on your past meal servings.

Mexican  tacos.  Baby rocket, watercress (optional), taco shells, beans (of your choice), chicken, carrots, 100% orange juice (optional), banana (optional) Tomato sauce or taco sauce can be used on top.

ON THE GO RECIPE. .. Spinach with egg omlete, seasoning, thyme, majarom,  chives leaves, garlic powder, turmeric, peprika, sea salt.
