Joanne Aja It kind of goes like this -- Dredge the boneless, skinless chicken breast in a mixture of flour, black pepper and garlic powder. Fry it in olive oil and butter until brown and remove from pan. In same pan, add 1 cup each of orange juice, water and brown sugar and 2 cups of fresh cranberries. Also add about 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Simmer until cranberries start to pop. Return chicken to the mixture and continue to cook for 20-30 minutes until done. Enjoy ~ it's the perfect time of year for anything cranberry. Like · Reply · 7
