No bake lemon treat | No bake lemon treat Kyra makes an easy pie with lemonade concentrate and cool whip. | By Kyra Dawn | Alright, I just poured six ounces of my Thawd frozen lemon concentrate into my eight ounces of Cool Whip. I'm going to bring in a large bowl and we're just going to pour that directly into our bowl and get it all out. I'm using the sugar-free Cool Whip but you can go ahead and use whatever Cool Whip you like. Alright, once you get all that in there, we have our whipped Philadelphia cream cheese and we only need four ounces of softened cream cheese for this recipe and this is an eight ounce container so I'm using half and then I have a 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk and we are going to use that whole can. We are making something so yummy today. So easy. It's definitely going to become a favorite in your household. If you love lemon and lemon flavor and just sweet desserts, this is the one for you. Alright. So now, we're going to take a whisk and we're just going to whisk everything together right in our large bowl. You could use a hand mixture if you prefer but I am just using my little whisk here and we're going to combine this until we have no more lumps. Look at that. It is already coming together. You really want to make sure that your cream cheese is softened or else it will come out lumpy and nobody wants a lumpy dessert, right David? No way. You don't like lumps in your dessert, do you? Nope. No, Oh my finger got in there. Look at how creamy and smooth this looks. Oh my goodness. Getting a little tired. And it smells absolutely amazing. Oh. And the best part about this is it's so versatile. You can use any frozen concentrate you like. You could do a pink lemonade, the orange, the pineapple, the lime flavor. Alright, that looks really good to me. And guess what? This is going to be a pie. So I got my 10 inch graham cracker premade pie crust. So it's the big one. Ooh and you're going to pour this deliciousness directly in there. Mm. You can make your own pie crust if you like but I love the easy stuff. You guys know I am all about easy. So let's get all this into our pie crust. Alright. Now that we got all that out of there. We're just going to smooth it out. Oh yeah, look at that. I have a feeling this is going to fit perfectly in here. Let's get it all the way to the edges. Nice and smooth. Oh my gosh, that was so easy, right David? Yeah, that was fast. And you have such a delicious pie. Perfect for the spring and the summer coming up. I cannot wait for the summer. Alright, I'm just flatten it out. So it looks nice. Just like that. And then look. Look. Look. Look up here. I'm going to taste test this. Mm. Oh my gosh. That is so good. Okay and I did go ahead and cut up some lemon slices off camera. This is totally optional. I'm just going to use these to to decorate my beautiful pie. Oh yeah. That is looking great. We're just doing a little fan out design here. You can kind of push the lemons over if it's not centered. I think that looks good. What do you think, David? Oh yeah. We're not perfect, right? That's close enough, right, David? It's like a little lemon person. You like it? I like it. Okay. I love it. Okay so we are going to cover this and place it in the fridge to chill for at least eight hours or overnight. Oh my gosh you guys. This pie has been chilling overnight and I am so excited to try a piece. Let's cut right into it. Get underneath here. Ooh. Look at how good it looks. Oh my goodness. Oh, doesn't that look good, David? Oh, yeah. Perfect slice. Oh my gosh. Look at that beautiful slice that we just took out of there. Ooh. And let's apply this piece right here. So smooth. Oh. It's heavenly.

Easy no bake summer dessert | Easy no bake summer dessert I make a pineapple cream pie that is perfect for summer. | By Rick's Friend Justine | Alright, this is just one can of my pineapple frozen concentrate that I did thaw out. Now I'm going to grab my eight ounce whipped cream cheese. You can use regular cream cheese. But you do have to let it soften if you use regular cream cheese. I love the whipped because it's just so fluffy and you don't have to let it fall. And I mean come on look. That just looks so delicious. Like little clouds of cream cheese. Perfect. We're going to use that whole eight ounces right in there with our pineapple concentrated juice. Now, I'm going to grab my Cool Whip and I'm using the sixteen-ounce Cool Whip and we're going to use this whole thing. Now, I know there's a lot of you that do not like Cool Whip so you can make your own homemade whipped cream if that's what you prefer but I wanted this to be a super quick and easy, you know, four ingredient dessert. So, let's just go ahead and put that whole thing right in there with the cream cheese and the pineapple concentrate. Now, I'm using pineapple but I've made this dessert with the orange concentrate. I've made it with the lime concentrate and you can also do it with the lemon concentrate but I wanted a pineapple dream cake and that's why I chose the pineapple juice. Okay, let's get all of that cool whip in there. I know that looks so crazy but I promise you, it's going to look delicious when we mix this all together. Alright, grab your whisk and it's time to combine all of those flavors. Oh my gosh, I'm so excited for this pie. Yep, that's what we're making. We are making a pineapple cream pie. This is one of my easiest desserts that I ever make. It's just so simple and so delicious. It's great for a hot day. You know, today, it's 90 degrees. So, I wanted to make something refreshing and delicious. Ooh, look at that cool whip just change into that beautiful pastel yellow. That's exactly what we wanted. Mmm, a So, I think I am going to go ahead and grab some food coloring. Alright. So, I have some liquid yellow dye and I'm only going to do like one or two drops in there. Perfect. Give that a nice whisk and hopefully we'll get a beautiful summer yellow color. Ooh yeah. Nice and well blended. Go ahead and take our whisk out. Alright. Now we're going to go ahead and grab our 10 inch graham cracker crust. Now you could totally use the mini crust if that's what you prefer. But I wanted a nice big pineapple pie. So we're just go scoop that whole entire mixture right into our pie crust just like this. Ooh it smells like a pineapple dream. Mm mm mm. Okay. Get all of that fluffiness out. Cuz this is going to be a nice full crust. I wouldn't go smaller than the ten inches because there's a lot of filling in here. I'm going to turn it to my side so that I can get all that out. That's what you guys told me I need to do when I'm scraping my bowls and that's what I'm doing, okay? Beautiful. Alright. Now, we're going to go ahead and just smooth this baby out. Nice and pretty. This is looking so delicious, you guys. Okay? That looks nice and good. This is going to go in the freezer now and I'm going to freeze this for about one to two hours and then, we're going to add something beautiful on top. So, this pie is good to go but of course we gotta add some fresh pineapple on there. So I'm just going to take my pineapple rings and just lay them right on top just like this. Just a nice little decoration across our pie. Make sure it's nice and centered. Then, you know, I have to do maraschino cherries right in the middle. That ring just holds it perfectly in there and look at our beautiful summer pie. It does not get any better than that. I am ready for a slice. Mm mm mm. Okay. I It is perfectly Oh my goodness, it's perfect. The perfect pie. Look, that delicious crust. I'm going to put a little cherry on top of mine 'cuz I love maraschino cherries with pineapple. Let's give this a try. I want some of that crust, some of that cherry. Maybe not the cherry. Okay. That is so good you guys. You gotta try it.

I just like, I feel like mixing with a fork is easier than a whisk. I'm not sure why. I know some of y'all agree with me but do whatever makes happy. That's that's it, right? Do whatever makes you happy y'all. I do what makes me happy. You do what makes you happy, alright? Here we go. Mixy, mixy, mix. This looks real pretty. I'll have a little bit more. Just a little bit. Alright. So, I didn't use the whole thing but I think that's good because if we fill it too much, it's going to like overflow. Alright, y'all. So, now we're going to do here. We're going to put this in the oven. We're going to follow the directions on the cake box and we going to cook it and I think we going to cook it about I think about 30 minutes but I'm going to check it after twenty. Alright, y'all. 350, 30 minutes and I'm going to I can't wait to show y'all the topping. I put on this delicious dessert. Alright, y'all. Here we have our strawberry cake pie. So, we're going to finish it off. With a few things here. So, we're going to put some cool whip right on top. We're going to see if I have enough to cover the top. I forgot to take out a new container from my freezer. You know, you just have those days. Today's one of those days. I'm just forgetting stuff. I don't know. So, we're going to see if this is good but also we might do, we're going to do something real fun, okay? We're going to do a combination. Cool whip and whip cream because I like that. I just like leaving the cool whip right now. I like that. Let's make sure this whipped cream is good. Yup. Alright. Look at this. Look how pretty this looks y'all. It's like art. Like food art. Gourmet. Beauty. Yes. Yes. Yes. Uh I don't know how if we have enough to do another layer but we're going to try. It seems empty. Oh, that looks pretty, right? That look good? Hold on. It's a a can of cherry pie filling which I'm smashing the cherries so they're not these big chunks. Add sweetened condensed milk and then some vanilla and then stir that together and add in some freshly whipped cream. This is a no-churn ice cream. Um no machine needed. Just stir that together. Put it into a pie crust. I'm using Oreo because I love chocolate and cherry together. Freeze it and you have the perfect cherry frozen pie.
