Tiramisu chia pudding! By Georginaelizat If you’re looking for a high protein breakfast / snack which tastes like a dessert, you need to try this tiramisu chia pudding. Serves 2 1/2 cup / 86g chia seeds 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla bean extract 1.5 cup / 325ml plant milk 1 espresso shot coffee (I used decaf) 1.5 cup / 310g vegan yoghurt 1 tsp cocoa powder Instructions 1. Combine your chia seeds, milk, espresso shot, maple syrup, vanilla and 1 cup/ 230g yoghurt together. 2. Place into cups/ jars and leave to set for at least 2 hours, or overnight. 3. Once ready to eat, finish with the remaining yoghurt and cocoa powder. Enjoy!
