Healthy Avocado Cream Toast

Budget friendly, high in protein, and easy to make, this healthy avocado cream toast is a great summer toast. Mixed with a delicious avocado cream sauce, this is a quick and easy meal to take anywhere.

INGREDIENTS:
 • * 1 Can of Chickpeas
 • * 1 Tablespoon of Dano’s Seasoning 
 • * 1/4 Cup of Celery 
 • * 1/4 Cup of Red Onions
 • * 1/4 Cup of Parsley 

* Sourdough

Avocado Cream Sauce
 • * 1/4 Cup of Light Mayo
 • * 1 Teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
 • * 1 Tablespoon of Tahini 
 • * 1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
 • * 1 Teaspoon of Honey
 • * 1 Teaspoon of Water
 • * 1/2 of an Avocado 
 • * 1 Teaspoon of Red Chili Flakes

* Salt + Pepper To Taste
