In another pan, add two tablespoons of butter, melted on medium heat, add 65 grams of flour, stir to combine, then add 700 milliliters of warm milk little by little while stirring then season it with salt to taste. Bring it to boil and cook, stirring constantly about two minutes until it starts to thicken. Finally, add one beaten egg while still stirring. Let it boil and stir for another 2 minutes.
