#paleo Mango Banana Vanilla Cream Pops: 2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk, or 1 cup of each; 1 small to medium banana, ripe; ½ cup mango, chopped (fresh or frozen); ½ tsp gluten free, organic vanilla extract or vanilla bean powder; 1½ tbsp or less (to taste) Honey | Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and blended. Pour into small to medium size popsicle molds. Freeze until solid.
Yummy yummy healthy ice cream! Super easy put 2 loose handfuls of spinach 2 cups cubed frozen mango 1 frozen banana 1.5 cups almond/coconut milk in blender and mix until well blended serve right away or freeze for later :) enjoy!
