Anzac Day art - I ❤️❤️❤️ this artwork and the lesson that I created for it. Children are introduced to The Ode and The Last post, as well as the poppy, and their significance as symbols of Anzac Day and the involvement of all men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice. The back ground is torn up sheet music of The Last Post and copies of The Ode. Poppies made from coloured paper are then laid over the top. The children chose how many poppies they wanted to place on their page. See one...
