Since this should take about 15 mins per day, it fits in with my main tenants for a monthly exercise challenge...1) must be something quick and 2) require no weights (in case I'm not at home). Repeat these exercises every day for a month. :-)
Honestly most of these boards I have posted have played a big part in my life helping me through a lot of things. The thing is we all need reassuring. It's time for me to believe in myself and you should too.
