Crystallising Edible Flowers xo

I crystallised 60 pansies to be an edible flower garden adorned on a Bonvivant cake I made for my sister's 60th birthday. It wasn't easy, but such fun. Here is how you can create wonderful edible crystallised flowers for any occasion that you choose. Keva xo.
