Jagermeister Christmas Cake: 1kg mixed fruit, 200g unsalted butter, 1 cup water, 395g condensed milk, 1 tbs white vinegar, 3 tbs Jagermeister, 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp ginger, 1 tsp nutmeg, ½ tsp ground cloves. Soak fruit in water overnight. Put fruit, butter and water into a pan and heat. Let it cool down then add everything else. Cook at 150C for 2 hours. Cover with jam glaze then sliced almonds.
