Roast pumpkin soup:   Recipe: roast 2 half's of a pumpkin, roast 1 sweet potato, roast 1 carrot, roast 1 onion and roast 1/2 a red pepper. Once that done get a pan add all the roast veg to the pan and add coconut water OR you can add veg stock, and then add nutmeg, paprika and pepper, cook until until it's all mash up, once that done add to the blender and blend it up and your set to go unless you want cream or coconut cream..   Enjoy
