Dry them off with a paper towel as good as possible. 3. Coat in baking powder, danos, salt and mix till evenly combined. 4. Coat in a few tbsp of oil. 5. Transfer to lined baking sheet and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. 6. Flip them over (so the skin is facing up and can get really crispy) and crank the heat up to broil. 7. Put them in the oven on broil till the skin is golden brown. (Mine takes about 10 minutes but if you have a really good broiler keep an eye on them and check every minute or so.) 8.
